Things are happening!
Preparations are underway for the 56th Australian National Square Dance Convention to be held in Adelaide over Easter Weekend in 2015.
“Come to the Cabaret” is the enticing theme.
The initial organising committee for the Convention is as follows:

In the lead-up to the Convention the committee may also request the assistance of other volunteers to help with the large range of tasks that are required to be done to host such an exciting event.
Planning is still in the very early stages, and the venue is yet to be confirmed, but we have begun preparing our static display so that we can advertise our 2015 Convention at this year’s National Convention in Gosford at the end of April. The display will reflect our theme and there will be leaflets with accommodation information, Adelaide attractions and sightseeing, and any Convention information that is available.
We anticipate having 600 dancers from Australia and around the world, and of course we would like as many square dancers from South Australia as possible. So remember to keep Easter 2015 free in your diary. It’s going to be fantastic!
